1. Open Settings

  2. Go to Wi-Fi settings and click the blue “i” button next to the staff network

  6. Scroll down and click “Private Wi-Fi Address”

  8. Back out of “Private Wi-Fi Address” click “Configure DNS”

  9. Take a screenshot of this page

  10. Back out of “Configure DNS” and click “Configure Proxy”

  11. Take a screenshot of this page

  12. Back out of “Configure Proxy” and the network page

  13. Repeat steps 2-8 for the Guest and Corp Networks as well, if those are available

  14. Back out of Wi-Fi settings

  15. Scroll down and click “General”

  17. Click “About”

  19. Take a screenshot of the top, we want the iOS version and model name, you can crop everything else if you want

  21. Back out of “About”, scroll down, and click “VPN & Device Management”

  22. Take a screenshot

  23. Send all of the screenshots via email or text
