1. Open the 3CX Mobile app on your iOS device
  2. Click the hamburger bar in the top left corner
  3. Click Settings
  4. Turn "Verbose Logging" on
  5. Try to make a phone call with the device
  6. Return to this menu, and click "Send log report"
  7. In the name text box enter: techsupport@pinnacletechnology.solutions
  8. We will recieve the log to help us troubleshoot the issue
  9. Now turn off verbose logging
