- Open the 3CX Mobile app on your iOS device
- Click the hamburger bar in the top left corner
- Click Settings
- Turn "Verbose Logging" on
- Try to make a phone call with the device
- Return to this menu, and click "Send log report"
- In the name text box enter: techsupport@pinnacletechnology.solutions
- We will recieve the log to help us troubleshoot the issue
- Now turn off verbose logging
