While most organizations schedule IN and OUT of office times and holidays, sometimes you need to temporarily override this. From any phone, you can dial the following codes to do the following:
*641 - Manually force the system to IN OFFICE until cancelled
*642 - Manually force the system to OUT OF OFFICE until cancelled
*641 - Manually force the system to IN OFFICE until cancelled
*642 - Manually force the system to OUT OF OFFICE until cancelled
*640 - Reset to the scheduled office hours
If you don't reset them, the system will ignore the scheduled office hours in the meantime
