• Go to your phone system's web client, and log in with Microsoft account (call/email Pinnacle if you need this information and ask them to send you a "welcome email")
  • Select the Windows logo in the upper-left corner of the screen:


  • Choose Install PWA
  • Select Install
  • Check "Auto-start on device login" and click "Allow"
  1. Click the "Bell" icon in the upper left

  • Click "Allow"
  • Click OK
  • Click the 3 dots on the left, then Settings
  • Select "Audio/Video"
  • Make sure that "Browser" is selected, and that Ringer, Speaker, and Microphone are all set to Jabra Link 380

  • You'll have the "Allow" the app to use your microphone and camera

  • Headset Integration is probably disconnected - click "Connect Headset" to enable that - choose Universal Headset Driver, NOT Jabra

  • You'll select the Jabra Link 380 and click "Connect"

  • If everything is set up correctly, you should see something like this:



The new app should work pretty much like the built-in client did.
