- Go to the 3CX web client and log in (call/email Pinnacle for a "Welcome" email if you don't have this link)
- If your organization is integrated with Microsoft 365, Click the "Sign in with Microsoft" button.
- Once logged in, click "Apps" at the bottom left
- Click Windows Desktop app
- Click Provision
