If you know your existing PIN:

  1. If you have a physical phone on your desktop, you can press the voicemail or message button. Otherwise dial the voicemail extension listed on your welcome email, which is usually 999 or 9999.
  2. When prompted, enter your current PIN followed by #.
  3. Press 9 for Options
  4. Change your PIN by pressing 7 and follow the prompts to change it.
  5. Press # to return to the main menu or simply hang up.


If you do NOT know your existing PIN:

  1. Log into your web portal (call/email Pinnacle if you don't know the link for this).
  2. Log in with your email/password (or click Reset Password if necessary).
  3. Avatar (picture) in upper-right corner -> Settings -> General -> Click the eyeball to see your voicemail PIN
