1. Open the Jabra Direct app: To do so, search "Jabra Direct" in the start menu, and click on Jabra Direct.

-Note- Make sure the USB connector and the Jabra Headset are both plugged in to your computer at this point.

2. Select the "updates" tab at the top.

3. Click "Check for Updates" at the top

4. Click "Update" on the right side. DO NOT unplug the headset or the connector until this is complete.
