Here is the information your new carrier will need in order to initiate service on a telephone number.  Note that this process MUST be initiated by your new carrier - they "pull" the number from us, we can't "push" the number to them.


End-user Name - Your business name


Address - You can use your business address, but this can be any address within the US


Billing Telephone Number (BTN) - Use any of the telephone numbers being ported out as the account number.


Account number -  Use any of the telephone numbers being ported out as the account number. 


Full Port (vs a Partial Port) - We never cancel or disconnect any other services on the account based on a port request from a gaining carrier, so it does not really matter what you put here.


PIN - Provided by Pinnacle once you tell us what numbers you are porting out


Note: Please be aware that Telnyx does not require that an invoice be submitted with a port request. If your new carrier requests such an invoice, please inform them of this policy.
