If your Yealink VoIP phone is having trouble connecting to the phone system, Pinnacle may ask you to reboot the phone as follows:


  1. Press and hold the "X" button until you see a prompt on the screen to reboot the phone'
  2. Press the OK soft key (below the screen) to confirm the reboot.
  3. Wait for the reboot to complete (usually 1-2 minutes).
