Some organizations use "Hot Desk" phones in conference rooms & offices that are used by multiple people. These telephones require you to "log into" them to deliver phone calls to wherever you happen to be:

- From the telephone, phone dial *77* + <your extension number> * and press Send (e.g. *77*106*). The system will prompt you for your Voicemail PIN.
- If you don’t know your PIN contact Pinnacle at 260-205-8900 or techsupport@pinnacletechnology.solutions and request a "Welcome Email" which will include your PIN.
- When you are finished simply hit the Logout button in the upper left hand side of the phone. If you forget, the only way to log out is to physically be at the phone.
Note: Any and all phones that are logged into your extension will ring. The first telephone to "answer" the call will cause the others to stop ringing.
Note: Placing ANY of your phones on DND (Do Not Disturb) places ALL of your phones on DND. DND applies extension by extension, not telephone by telephone.
