1. Sign in to your 3CX web page using your extension credentials (email Pinnacle if you're not sure what the URL is)
  2. Find "Admin" (Near the bottom of the left-hand menu)
  3. Select "Office Hours", then the "Office Holidays" tab


Adding Holiday(s):

  1. Click "+ Add"
  2. In the Name textbox, fill in the name of the holiday/event.
  3. Single Day Holiday
    1. If it's a single day, annual holiday, then you can leave annually checked. Note: If it's a holiday that doesn't have a consistent date (ex: Labor Day), then make sure you confirm the date next year, see below.
    2. Fill in the date, and select "Whole day" if the office will be closed all day.
    3. Otherwise, set the hours accordingly
    4. Once you are satisfied with the configuration, go ahead and press "Save"
    5. Once you are satisfied with the configuration, go ahead and press "Save"

  4. Multi-day Holiday
    1. If it's a multi-day holiday, I would uncheck annually
    2. Change the drop-down box to "Range of days"
    3. Click into the box below to set the start and end days
    4. Once you are satisfied with the configuration, click "Save"

Checking existing Holiday(s):

  1. Check each holiday and make sure that the date(s) and the year are correct
    1. If it's not correct, click on the holiday, update the date(s), and select "Save."
    2. Make sure the time range is ok (Default is 00:00-23:59). Note: The Range of days doesn't allow you to select times
    3. Click "Save" once complete
    4. Verify that all your changes have been saved.
  2. If they are correct, you are all good to go!
