You must have all of the following:
- A supported version of macOS (one of the last 3 versions) - as of July 13, 2026, this is macOS 14, macOS 15, or macOS 26 (macOS 14 will be dropped in the fall once macOS 27 is released). You can determine this from the "Apple" menu, "About My Mac".
- A Microsoft 365 license that includes desktop apps (typically Standard or Premium).
- Version 16.83 or higher installed. If you have something earlier, you may be able to find Microsoft AutoUpdate in "Applications"; this will likely upgrade you to the proper version.
- If your system is managed by Pinnacle, this should have happened automatically (if not, contact us at 260-205-8900 or techsupport@pinnacletechnology.solutions)
