This guide walks you through signing in to UniFi Endpoint, the app your organization uses to grant you access to doors and other resources.

Before You Begin

Check your email (and your spam or junk folder) for an invitation from your organization. It will include a link to activate your account. If you can't find it, ask Pinnacle to resend it.

Step 1: Download the App

Download UniFi Endpoint from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). If you tap the activation link in your invitation email first, it will prompt you to install the app automatically if you don't already have it.

Step 2: Activate Your Account

  1. Open the invitation email from your organization.
  2. Tap Activate Endpoint. This opens the setup page, either in your browser or directly in the app.
  3. If prompted, sign in using your company SSO credentials or UI Account.

Step 3: Confirm You're Signed In

  1. Once you're signed in, you'll land on your home screen. Your name and community or site appear in the upper-left, and a green MFA badge confirms multi-factor authentication is active on your account.
  2. To see instructions on using the Unifi UI see our Article

Signing In Directly (Without an Invitation)

If you already have an activated account and just need to sign back in on a new device:

  1. Open the UniFi Endpoint app.
  2. Tap Sign In.
  3. Enter your UI Account or company SSO email and password.
  4. Complete MFA if prompted.

Troubleshooting

  1. Didn't receive an invitation? Check your spam or junk folder, confirm your admin has the correct email address on file, and ask them to resend it.
  2. Forgot your password? Use the Forgot Password option on the sign-in screen, or reset it at account.ui.com.
  3. Activation link not working? It may have expired or already been used. Contact your admin for a new invitation.
  4. Still stuck? Reach out to your organization's admin, since they manage your access and can resend invitations or verify your account status.
