- Right-click on your email address and select "Add public folder to Favorites".
- Expand "All Public Folders" click on the folder you wish to add then select "Add Public Folder" at the top
- On the right-hand menu select "People"
- Expand "Public Folders" and select the folder you just added
- You should now be able to find and edit shared contacts, and contact lists
