1. Log in to your UniFi UI site
2. Click on the site you want to manage
3. Make sure you're on the Protect tab
4. In the bottom left, select "Alarm Manager"
5. At the top, hit the checkbox next to "Name/Trigger"
6. 
7. Uncheck the boxes next to "Mobile App" and/or "Email" to turn them off
8. To individually tune this, click the bell or email icons next to individual notifications until the icon is greyed out.
