Note: Outbound calls from a Call Box will always show up as coming from 858-360-8807


UniFi Access


  1. Navigate to unifi.ui.com

  2. Sign in using your Microsoft account

  3. Click the tab that says “Access”.

  4. In the left-hand menu, select “Caller Manager”


Add to Directory


  1. Click “Manage” next to directory

  2. Click “ + Create New Directory Entry”

  3. Directory Name: Name of person/office/department

  4. Dial Number is an optional extension # for a directory entry (for example, so users could dial by apartment or suite number without scrolling through the whole list)

  5. Select which user(s) should be called when that entry is selected.

  6. Change the tab to Phone Numbers and select the check box next to the number(s) that should be called for this entry.

  7. If you need to add new numbers, select “Create New” and type in the number

  8. Click “Create”.

Remove from Directory


  1. Click “Manage” next to directory

  2. Locate the user you want to remove and expand it

  3. Click the delete button in the upper right corner



Add Receivers to the Doorbell Call Button (optional)


  1. Click “Add Receivers” next to Doorbell Call

  2. Either click the checkbox next to the user(s) you want to add or change the tab to “Phone Numbers” and select the number(s) to call.

  3. Click “Save”.


Change Call Schedule


  1. Click “Manage” next to directory

  2. Locate the user you want to edit and expand it

  3. Click the Calendar icon to edit the schedule

  4. You can make it one of three options: Always, Predefined, or Custom

  5. Custom allows you to tune it on just this entry, including holiday exceptions. Once you have finished, you can even save it as a predefined schedule to use on other entries.

  6. Predefined allows you to set it to the Default Site Schedule, or you can use a saved custom site schedule, for example, Maintenance Department Hours.
