Confirm you are on the correct network
- When trying to cast to a device on the Pinnacle network the first thing you need to confirm is that both the device you are casting from and the device you are casting to are on the "Devices" or "Presentation" wifi
- If one or both devices are on the "Guest" wifi you will need to switch them to the "Devices" or "Presentation" wifi
Note: If you are unsure what the password to this wifi is call Pinnacle or talk to your IT contact - Once you have confirmed both devices are on the "Devices" or "Presentation" network follow one of the articles below to connect the devices.
