In order to connect to VPN on your mobile device you will first need a configuration file. Email Pinnacle at techsupport@pinnacletechnology.solutions or call 260-205-8900 to get the correct configuration file.
1. Download the configuration file sent to you by Pinnacle to your phone. You do not need to open it.
2. Go to your App Store, search and download "OpenVPN". It will have this Icon: 
3. In the app it should automatically pull up the "Import Profile" menu. If the "Import Profile" menu does not open automatically: Click on the three bars (see below), then click "Import Profile" (see below)
4. Next select "File", then browse your phone for the configuration file sent to you by Pinnacle.
5. Once the file is uploaded enter the following:
Profile name: (do not change)
Username: Network username
Check Save Password
Password: Network password
6. To connect click the greyed out slider next to the new profile. You should see a screen similar to the one below once you're connected.
