- Download the SuperOps installer here: https://dl.pinnacletechnology.solutions/superopsmac
When it finishes downloading, double-click the D7Z7UB file to launch it. - Follow the installation prompts.
- During the installation, you will likely be prompted for credentials to install.
- The installer will ask for access you your downloads folder as well
- If it does not automatically open the Security & Privacy settings,
- Go to System Settings
- Click "Privacy and Security"
- You will click each category below and then enable the Superops and Splashtop Streamer settings.
- Accessibility
- Full Disk Access
- Screen Recording
- If you do not see the Splashtop for RMM setting listed, you will need to add it manually.
- Click the + below the list of apps.
- Click the drive selector at the top and select Macintosh HD.
- Click Applications > Splashtop for RMM.
- Click Open.
- If you do not see SuperOps, you will also need to add it manually
- Click the + below the list of apps.
- Click the drive selector at the top and select Macintosh HD.
- Click Library > Pinnacletechnologysolutions > bin > Superops
- Click Open
Enable Full Disk Access for SuperOps and Splashtop Streamer
- Navigate to System Settings > Privacy and Security > Full Disk Access
- Enable SuperOps and Splashtop Streamer by clicking the checkbox

Navigate to System Settings > Privacy and Security > Screen Recording.
