Login to Nextech and from and open patient go to the History tab and click the import from scanner button
It appears the first time you need to click "Select TWAIN input source" and choose TSScan. If you don't do this first then clicking scan image won't work.
Sometimes the Scanner will lock up and you must log off the terminal session to reset it. Restart the service
Sometimes the Scanner UI does not show up when scanning (it starts remembering the last setting and therefore wont let you change anything like duplex or color)
Not sure how this was set up originally, but if the Nextech scanner is set to TSScan instead of the scanner directly, the "Scanner UI" option can be used or if you disable that, it will activate the Duplex checkbox and Source options.
