1. Open Settings
  2. Select Wifi -Take a screenshot of this page by hitting the "Power" button and the "Volume Up" button
  3. Tap the i next to the network you are connected to
  4. On the next screen scroll down to capture the IPv4 address information
  5. Take a screenshot of the information
  6. Open Google, and try to get to a webpage. Take a screenshot of the error.
