Pinnacle will sometimes ask you to run this command for network diagnostic purposes
Right click the windows button in the lower left of your screen.
Select command prompt from the list.
A black and white window will open where you will type ipconfig /all and press ENTER.
There is a space between the command ipconfig and the switch of /all.
Once it runs, you should see something like this:
Maximize the window, and scroll up/down to fit as much of the information on screen as you can. If you can't send the whole window, please scroll and send multiple pictures so we can see all the information.
