How to install BluePrint OMS
Blueprint needs to be installed for each user of a computer. Even if blueprint has already been installed on a particular computer, when a new user logs in to a computer for the first time, Blueprint will need to be installed for them. Follow the steps below to install.
Downloading and extracting the installer
- Log into the computer as the user who needs blueprint installed.
- Goto this website and download the native windows installer
- After the file downloads, open your download folder and then open a second File Explorer window. In the second window, type the following into the address line and hit enter: %userprofile%
- That second window should open to a location that shows several folders, including your Documents, Pictures, Music, etc. Drag the blueprint installer file from your Downloads folder into your userprofile folder. You can close your downloads folder now
- Unzip the archive by right clicking the zipped Blueprint folder and selecting extract all. Click extract to unzip it. The unzipped folder should show automatically.
- Double click the Blueprint installer. It will end with .exe
