When you are experiencing Internet speed issues, we will ask you to do a few preliminary tasks to help us narrow down the issue. 


How to run a speed test:


1. Go to https://www.speedtest.net/ - if you are on a mobile device (iOS or Android), you may see a screen prompting you to download the SpeedTest app.  "Continue on the web" is fine for initial troubleshooting, but we may ask you to install the app for additional data later on.


2. Click the large "Go" button in the middle of the screen. 

3. Wait about a minute for it to run. 

4. Once it gives you the results, click the Link icon that looks like a chain next to "Share".  A screenshot is also fine if you have a mobile device.


5. Copy the URL from the "Image" box seen above (e.g.

https://www.speedtest.net/result/10515103288.png) or the screenshot and email it (no other info necessary) to techsupport@pinnacletechnology.solutions.  You may also text it to 260-205-8900 if that's easier.
