Users are fairly quick and easy to remove. When you submit a request, we do a number of things.


-We change the user's password. This prevents any access. 

-We put the user's files and emails where they've been requested, or leave them in their account

-We remove any active user licenses for recurring services we manage (like Office365), so that all charges stop 

-Then, we deactivate the user for 90 days.

This is a preventative measure - If there's anything you need from this user's account, or the user needs to be reactivated, or any other scenario, this gives us a 90-day window to check over everything and make sure it's all correct.


Then, After 90 days, we permanently delete the user
