Joining a machine to your organization's Windows somain allows Pinnacle to manage settings, automatically install software and printers, and securely grant access to server resources. Joining a computer to the domain is usually done after imaging it.
Please only do this in coordination with Pinnacle - you'll need the domain name and adminstrator credentials to proceed!
- Make sure the computer is connected to your organization's wired network.
- Go to File Explorer, right click on "This PC", and select Properties

- On the right, click "Change Settings"

- Then, click "Change" next to "Rename this computer or change it's domain or workgroup"

- Enter your domain name here.

- You may need to enter credentials at this step.

- Click Skip when prompted to Add an account.

- Click Restart Now.
- When the computer restarts, let Pinnacle know that the machine should be available - we'll finish up any remaining preparation!
