Insert Clonezilla USB drive.
Boot the computer and go to the boot menu (Often by pressing F10, F11, F12, or ESC repeatedly after pressing the power button until the boot menu option comes up. You can also search the for the trigger key by googling How to get to boot menu on Brandname Modelname).
Choose UEFI Flash and you should see a black/white screen that goes into an Orange/White Screen.
Press OK enter on the first option.
You should then see a language option. Choose English
Select Don't Touch (Press Enter)
Select Start Clonezilla (Press Enter)
Select device-image (Press Enter)
Select samba_server (Press Enter)
Once Clonezilla scans for network adapters, it will present a list of options. You'll want the one that says "Link_detected:yes".
Press enter to use DHCP for the network config.
For the Samba server, enter the IP adress given to you by PInnacle.
Press ENTER to skip the domain name.
Enter 'admin' as the username, unless otherwise noted in the information you received from Pinnacle.
Enter /images as the location, unless otherwise noted in the information you received from Pinnacle.
For SMB Protocol, select 2.0.
For Security mode, select auto.
Enter the admin password provided to you by Pinnacle.
Choose Beginner Mode (use Tab to navigate to the OK button, enter).
Choose Restore disk (using Tab)
Now use the arrow keys to highlight the image you want to restore, then press Tab to move to Done and then Enter.
Choose the destination (likely sda or nvme0...) and should say something like sda_16GB or nvme0...256.
Choose No, Skip checking the image.
Choose reboot.
Confirm by pressing Y and then Enter.
Clonezilla will begin the restoration process - this will take a while.
You will then see a black/white screen that says Please remove the live-medium, close the tray. . . remove the USB drive and then press enter. If the computer does not reboot within a few seconds, use the power button to reboot the computer.
Let the computer boot Windows ensuring it does not give any errors in the process. It may take a bit to do this and may say repairing at times but it should then come to a Windows login.
