Note: You must be on the same network as the specified computer or be connected via VPN in order to connect. To connect remotely via VPN see this article: Connecting to OpenVPN from Windows
1. Search Remote Desktop in your Start Menu
2. Enter the computer name in the Computer: text area (if you are unsure of the computer name, contact Pinnacle)
3. Enter your computer password into the password box and select Remember me before clicking OK
You will then be logged into the remote computer and should be able to do everything you need from there.
NOTE: If you need to change your password while logged in using the Remote Desktop Client, you will use CTRL-ALT-END to bring up the Change Password menu option instead of the normal CTRL-ALT-DELETE.
