When setting a password either for the first time or after your previous password has expired, please note that your password must comply with the following requirements:
Your password may not contain:
- The user's account name or parts of the user's full name that exceed 2 consecutive characters
Your password must contain:
- At least 8 characters in the length
- Contain at least 3 of the 4 categories:
- Uppercase letters (A through Z)
Lowercase letters (a through z)
Digits (0 through 9)
Symbols (for example, !, $, #, %)
