Note: Supported phones are Yealink T27 and T48

  • Insert the Yealink Bluetooth adapter in the USB port on the back of the phone.
  • Open Bluetooth settings, and confirm the Bluetooth adapter is turned on:

T27 navigate to Menu -> Settings -> Basic Settings -> Bluetooth

T48 navigate to Menu -> Basic -> Bluetooth

  • Turn your Bluetooth headset on and put it in pairing mode

Each device is different, but often this is a long press of the power button (as opposed to a short press that you would use to turn the headset on/off).  Often when the headset is in pairing mode, the power light will flash two different colors showing that it is in pairing mode.

  • Once headset is in pairing mode, scan for new devices on the phone. Once you see the device connect to it and confirm it pairs successfully.
  • The phone will show an Bluetooth icon at the top of the screen show that the Bluetooth adapter is plugged in and active. It will also show a visual indication on that icon when a know device is connected.  If the device will not connect properly, delete the device connection and re-add it.
