Received faxes come directly to an email address you specify. To change this, reach out to Pinnacle: [email protected]
To send secure faxes using our Email-to-Fax service, simply send an email using the following parameters.
- To: [email protected]
- This is the 10 digit number you are sending to.
- Numbers only, no parentheses or dashes.
- Do not prepend with a “1”.
- From: [email protected]
- Faxes must be sent from your company email address.
- Attachment(s): One or more files that you want to send as your fax.
- Email-to-Fax supports multiple attachments. The system will collate multiple attachments in the order you attach them (I.e.: the first thing attached will be first when the fax is generated).
- Attachments may be sent in PDF, Microsoft Word, JPG, Adobe PostScript, TIFF, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, CSV, HTML & Plain Text formats.
You will receive two emails from Faxage: 1 for successful RECEIPT of the fax/email and 1 for confirmation of success/failure while delivering the fax to the destination
Note: The subject and body text won't show up on the other side of the email, so they do not matter.
EXAMPLE: Fax from Pinnacle to Pinnacle
