Google doesn't provide delegated access by default in their mobile apps, so you have to set them up as a separate inbox. Since all delegate accounts are managed by Pinnacle, you will need to call us at 260-205-8900 when you are ready to add the account to your mobile device and we'll walk through these steps with you and provide the password and 2FA code that you need.


  1. Open the Gmail app
  2. Select your profile icon in the top right
  3. Select "Add another account" in the accounts menu
  4. Select Google as your provider
  5. Accept the prompt that will redirect you
  6. Enter the email of the delegate account into the login prompt
  7. This will redirect you to Microsoft, enter your email here
  8. Enter the password given by Pinnacle
  9. Enter the 2FA code given by Pinnacle
  10. Once logged in the account should be added to your Gmail app
  11. You can swap between accounts by selecting your profile icon in the top right and then selecting the email account you want to view.
