Sometimes we get the question "why can't I log into my Microsoft 365 (or Google) account that's linked to my corporate email address?"


In short, we have configured Microsoft's and Google's Cloud services to simply mimic your Windows "Active Directory" username/password (i.e. the username/password you use to log into your PC).  The answer is usually to simply use the username and password you use for Windows.


To avoid confusion and conflicting passwords, we simply disable the ability to change your Microsoft and Google passwords independently so that you can change your username/password in one place and have those changes automatically propagate to both Microsoft and Google immediately. 


If these passwords are out of sync for some reason, resetting your password on a Windows/Mac while on the corporate network should reset your Microsoft and Google passwords as well.  See the articles below for instructions:
