The Unifi UI interface provides a single place where you can access camera and badge systems from any location. However, all of this traffic has to route through Ubiquiti, so it’s typically quite slow, especially when reviewing or downloading camera footage.

It’s a lot quicker to download straight from the Network Video Recorder. To do this, you’ll need to access the webpage of the NVR, which requires being on the same network as the Network Video Recorder (ie, in the office).
